Drayton Medical Practice had been looking to upgrade, redesign and rehost its website for sometime, to this end we began to look at various hosts and products in the Summer of 2009.
Having considered half a dozen varying solutions we decided to take a closer look at the service offered by Wiggly-Amps, a company that we were familiar with as they provide the excellent ‘Little Green Button’ panic alarm software that has become an essential part of our IT infrastructure.
I signed up for a trial and their support team was quick with an offer to get a basic site up and running, I declined, wanting to start from scratch to learn the site-design interface.
The ease of use of the interface is most welcome. With a little practice and a few referrals to the in-built help we managed to construct a website that is a significant step forward from our previous one. With more features and certainly more possibilities for its use in the future, we are extremely satisfied by the service offered by Wiggly-Amps.
Their web support team have been there every step of the way to offer advice, fix issues and answer questions. The responses to support requests are always prompt and they seem to genuinely care and are proud about their products. I don’t hesitate to recommend them when the opportunity arises.

We wanted a website with lots of functionality, we definitely got this with Wiggly Amps. The experience of getting a new website has been a good one for both me and the rest of the surgery.
At first the thought of developing a practice website seemed a daunting prospect, considering all the other pressures that practices are currently facing. We recently designed our website completely from scratch. Having in the past used Wiggly Amps for some of their other products I already knew them to be a firm that produces credible & workable IT solutions of a high quality.
With the help of a more IT minded colleague, we have put together a site which we are delighted with. The pre-supplied page options (which are extremely well thought out) gave us a massive head start in terms of functionality as well as some very thoughtful page design templates.
The support from Wiggly Amps has been unstinting, patient and effective. I’ve always been able to get through and speak to the same individuals as a result of which they have come to understand what we were trying to achieve and supported us all the way.
It takes patience and time to design a website-no matter which product you use and in all honesty using the page editor to do layout can be time consuming as it is less straightforward using an HTML editor than it is to use a product like MS Word / Publisher etc. However, stick with it and you will be rewarded. You don’t need to be an IT genius to do this, but you do need to care about the image you are trying to put out.
This is a high value product for a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend it, nor Wiggly Amps themselves, too highly.
A good team who listened to what I wanted and actioned it quickly no fuss no bother just action and at a reasonable price. This followed the loss of our web page from another supplier without warning. I needed to get something up quickly and painlessly Wiggly-Amps did that for me. They did all the liaising to get the NHS site up along with the .co.uk site and supported me with changes I have needed. I now have a workable easy to access secure site – a brilliant job by Victoria and the team.

I had put off creating a practice website as I was worried about the time it would take, however this was not an issue with Wiggly Amps. I sent my practice leaflet to Victoria and within no time at all we had a website! I put some time aside to edit the pages and add a few extra items and that was it. I would recommend Wiggly Amps to anyone, fast friendly, efficient and very easy to use when you take over the editing however if you have any problems they are there to help quickly and without any fuss.

I was introduced to Wiggly Amps by another Practice Manager when I was looking to upgrade from our generic NHS website and they came highly recommended. To say that I am impressed is an understatement! From the moment of giving the go ahead to set up the website to being able to view it was just a matter of hours which was unbelievable, it looks smart and professional and we are all delighted with it. I can thoroughly recommend using Wiggly-Amps. I have been very impressed with both the web-site and the service from them since we changed our web-site host. Transferring our web-site to them was very easy and we’ve ended up with a great site. It is easy to alter the site yourself (something which was crucial to us) but Victoria has also responded quickly and positively to any other (more complicated) changes we have wanted. We’re very pleased with the overall result.

As IT manager I considered a while over my reply
Our website at the time just made me want to cry
With its outdated looks
and content from years before
I’m not at all surprised that our patients wanted more
