This option allows you to continue using your existing patient self check in screen whilst benefiting from our market leading software.
Our in-house support team will guide you through the installation process, provide free updates to the software as required and are always on hand during office hours to assist with any queries you may have.
The Engage software provides a user-friendly interface which can be modified to suit your surgery’s style and preferences. Clear and simple instructions will guide your patients through how to check in for their appointment. As the Engage software is synced with your local network, the patient is then logged against your appointment system and any important messages (such as where to wait, if there are any delays, etc.) can then be relayed back to the patient. Engage software can also ask patients to update their contact details, confirm their smoking and/or carer status, send out flu jab reminders and log this information securely against the patient’s record.
Our Engage Touch Plus software offers all of the Engage functionality as well as the ability to capture a patient’s blood pressure and weight measurements using clinically approved equipment which is plugged into the patient check in screen. These readings are then securely logged against the patient’s record and any high blood pressure recordings are alerted to a nominated individual.
