Due to expansion, we are now looking to hire an outstanding, customer focused service manager.
Based in the heart of North Walsham, Wiggly-Amps is an established company specialising in delivering software and hardware solutions to the NHS, predominantly in the primary care sector but with customers across the globe. We are expanding, and are seeking a Service Manager to take operational responsibility for service delivery. The work is challenging, engaging and varied. This position is full-time and based at our North Walsham office; due to our location, candidates living in the local area are preferred.

Formal qualifications, whilst desirable, are by no means a pre-requisite. We are looking for an individual with a demonstrated competence in, or applicable skills to, the role described below. The position would be ideally suited to an individual who has either run a small Service Management team within a similar environment, or is looking to progress from a first line role into running their own team.
Although not a technical IT post, we are a technology business and will be looking for a general awareness and competence with IT systems. We’re interested in your experience in:
• Understanding of Operating Systems and/or Hardware.
• Understanding of Internet browsers and their configurations.
• Expertise in any software or hardware package
