Whenever I have phoned you, the call has been answered very quickly, the person answering the call has always made me feel as though I am a valued customer and they have always appeared to try their best to resolve any issues which we have had. If only all companies were as customer focused as you!
I just wanted to record my thanks for the help you and the Support team (Matt, I think was his name) gave me yesterday. The new screen is now up and running perfectly. I always get excellent support from you all (even when it may sometimes be outside of your remit!).
I spoke with one of your technicians who installed and configured the software for us. Sadly I forgot to write down their name but never the less I would like to express my appreciation to them for the time they spend setting it up, they were exceptionally professional and friendly which was wonderful.
Another successful replacement of a competing supplier’s arrival screens by two Engage units from Wiggly Amps – having undertaken such an exercise at my previous practice, this time it was even easier. The standard software now includes a “Friends and Family” facility and a number of options for capturing data from patients – but the best feature is that it just keeps on working!

System has operated trouble free since installed, and on the very odd occasion we have needed to contact support desk the response has been instantaneous. We are delighted with our Engage Touch screen. Our patients are finding it much easier to use than our last screen – there are less check-in failures with inputting their date of birth and we’re even asking them to update their mobile phone numbers. We’re planning to use it for collecting other useful patient data too. It’s straight-forward, seems to work alongside the Vision clinical system without trouble and does what it says on the tin!
We’d been using Wiggly-Amps patient check-in software on a third party touchscreen since 2015 and when this machine failed, we chose to replace it with an Engage Touch screen. We’re really happy with our Engage Touch screen – it’s a lot better than the third party screen which kept crashing. Our patients are now able to check in without any problems.
