Wiggly-Amps at Suffolk LMC, 22 November 2017

We had a great day at the Suffolk LMC conference yesterday.  It was a super opportunity to meet staff from surgeries we already work with and meet with new ones.

Face-to-face meetings with our customers is very important to us.  It’s a chance to hear how our products are valued and what we can do to make things even better.  Yesterday we received an enthusiastic review about our online consultation system, Engage Consult from a practice manager.  In addition, we heard how one surgery has been struggling with a login on their Engage Touch screen – a problem we’ve already been able to find a solution to for them.
